The apartment is part of a private condominium, made of small white houses built in the Ibizian "pueblo" architecture, with various swimming pools and mature mediterranean gardens. Winding pathways connecting the various levels, create an attractive and peaceful atmosphere.
The apartment, fully furnished, has a dobble bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and a terrace. Kitchen fully equipped (microwave)and satellite television with international channels. Possibility to sleep in the living room.
The condominium has a 24 hours reception during high season.
Area Description
Surrounded by centuries old pines, the apartment enjoys a unique location in a quiet place on the seashore of white sanded beaches. It is the perfect combination of a relaxing beach vacation and the excitement of the busy nightlife of Ibiza.
The beaches and the port offer the possibility to rent all kind of water sports. At only 300 m., you'll find Santa Eulalia, the second largest town on the island, with its shops, restaurants, supermarkets, hippie markets,.... At less than 5 kms, you can play golf or horse ride. Ibiza town is at a short drive.
