The villa has 3 bedrooms, one is a double the further two are twins. The Villa has everything you'd need for a relaxing peaceful but fun holiday.

The lounge/Diner area has pleanty of seating and benefits from Freeview TV, Dvd Player, Books, Games & Puzzles for all the family.

The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave & all utensils.

Outside there is a lovely pool with roman steps and plenty of outdoor furniture and you can make the most of the warm summer evenings with the built in BBq. As well as a terraced area there is also a grassed area which is nice and safe for the children to play on.

The villa itself is private and enclosed for the safety of your small children.

Mahon Airport is just over an hours drive away and I can advise about transfers.

Area Description
The Marina has a distinct 'Riviera' feel about it. Relax in one of the many bars and restaurants surrounding the Marina and watch the boats slowly come and go at their own leisurely pace. Wander through the small selection of shops and local stalls at night, having enjoyed the safe sandy beach during the day, maybe even a day trip on the glass bottom boat, or visit Ciutadella just a 15 minute drive away.
