Villa Tulipan was built with double walls to keep the villa cool in the summer, and being right on the coast it normally benefits from a cool breeze. It is within easy reach of all facilities and amenities and only 150 meters from the diving/sunbathing platforms of Calan Bruc. It is a 10 minute walk (400m) from the beach at Calan Blanes. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are only 150 meters away.

Villa Tulipan offers a good standard of comfortable accommodation within easy reach of all facilities and amenities.

The bustling resort of Calan Blanes and Calan Forcat are only a 10 -15 min walk away and there you will find a huge selection of shops, bars, restaurants, children’s play areas and an Aquapark.

Bike hire is very popular in the resort as the area is totally flat. There is a bicycle hire shop just a 5 to 10 min walk from the villa. There is also a mini train that drops off and picks up near the villa which takes you in and around the resort.

There is no road to cross to get to the sea and it is an ideal choice for both couples and families.

Cala Bruc caters for all members of the family with almost all facilities within walking distance making car hire not always necessary.
