OUTSIDE:2large private terraces,one is 8m2 with dining table for 6 and the other 50m2 with sofas and dining table for 6 as well.

Area Description
The apartment is in a fantastic location,close to all amenities but very quiet area.Whilst car hire is great to see the island,the apartment is only 10-15min taxi ride from the airport and everything is close by,no car hire is necessary.
Just 2 min walk in front of the apartmnent is the cosmopolitan Marina Botafoch with upmarket shops and wonderful restaurants,cafes.
Behind the apartment is the lovely sandy beach of Talamanca.
15min walk to Ibiza Town.
5-10 min walk to the nightclubs of Pacha and El Divino although no noise!
