The property was originally built almost 200 years ago, but has been fully reformed and has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 reception rooms. There is a large covered porch area facing the swimming pool and terrace. The casa is situated in between Sa Coma an Porto Cristo with neighbouring villages of S'llot,Cala Bona and Son Carrio. The caves of Drach are 5 mins away by car as is the nearest beach.There are restaurants and pubs nearby and the journey time from Palma Airport is approx 50 minutes. A car is essential to explore the beauty of Mallorca.
There is wonderful sea fishing and diving available nearby as is 2 18 hole Golf Courses

Area Description

On the Eastern Coast of Mallorca lies the beach resorts of Porto Cristo,Sa Coma,Sillot, Cala Bona, Cala Miller. This is said to be the most beautiful part of the Island.
There are 2 Fantastic golf course located nearby.
